This mini  book "Communication Style and Online Education" extracted from her original thesis discussed about pre-pandemic online teaching and learning practices. It did not tackle too deep about individual learning experience, but more focused on collective learning behavior and its trend via public and private domains. The virtual online learning environment design, the multi-synchronous private and public online discussions, and socio-cultural, socio-emotional analytics through various quantifiable measurements. (the mini book was published in 2020).
